Conditional Prize Contest
November 12, 2010 - January 24, 2011

  1. Casa Fuente will conduct the Destination D.R. Conditional Prize Contest ("Contest") exclusively at the Casa Fuente retail store located in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada according to these Official Contestant Rules & Regulations (the "Official Rules").
  2. Winners will be announced November 25, 2011.
  3. The Contest is open only to persons present in Las Vegas, Nevada at the time of entry. An official entry form may be obtained exclusively by purchasing Arturo Fuente-brand cigars and/or accessories at Casa Fuente in Las Vegas, Nevada between November 12, 2010 and January 24, 2011. A minimum, single-transaction qualifying purchase of $10.00 in merchandise is required. One entry ticket will be provided per qualifying purchase, provided that persons who purchase a box of Casa Fuente cigars will receive 50 entry tickets.
  4. Prize winners will be selected by drawing to receive prizes (singularly "Prize" or collectively "Prizes"), consisting of the following:
    • Grand Prize - Two winners will each receive the following prize elements ("Grand Prize") :
      • Round-trip airfare for one person to Miami, Florida from Winner's origination airport ("Origination Airport")
      • One-night hotel accommodations in Miami, Florida
      • Round-trip airfare for one person to Santiago, Dominican Republic from Miami, Florida
      • Two-night hotel accommodations in Santiago, Dominican Republic
      • Guided tour of Fuente factory in Santiago, Dominican Republic
      • Guided tour of Fuente Cigar Family Charitable Organization and Cigar Family Community School and Complex in Santiago, Dominican Republic
    • 2nd Place - One Winner will receive a Casa Fuente gift collection
    • 3rd Place - One Winner will receive a box of Opus X Cigars
    • 4th Place - One Winner will receive a box of Casa Fuente Cigars
  5. To be eligible to enter, a Contestant must be at least 21 years old at the time of entry and not employed by Casa Fuente or any related or affiliated company ("Contestant").
  6. Prize air travel dates will be selected in the sole discretion of Casa Fuente, with all Prize air travel to occur within a three-day period in February 2011. Each Grand Prize winner must possess a valid United States passport in order to claim any prize element. Grand Prize Winners must travel to Origination Airport at their own expense prior to Prize air travel; Casa Fuente is not responsible for winners' travel from Origination Airport following Prize air travel.
  7. Contestants must complete and submit an official entry form (singularly "Entry" or collectively "Entries"). Each Contestant must complete all information requested, including but not limited to legal name, e-mail address, and contact telephone number; Casa Fuente will have the sole and absolute discretion to determine the validity and eligibility of all Entries. Casa Fuente, or its agent, reserves the right to contact any Contestant for any reason, including to verify, confirm or request information. Submission of Entry in the Contest constitutes the grant of and consent to the perpetual, royalty-free, unrestricted right to use the Contestant's information provided on Entry, for all purposes and in all media now known or hereafter devised, including the right of reproduction thereof. Casa Fuente reserves the right to photograph and/or video all Contestants, and to use such images and/or video for all purposes and in all media now known or hereafter devised and other media channels and applications, and for advertising, promotions, other contests sponsored by Casa Fuente or any related or affiliated company and other commercial purposes (whether by Casa Fuente or any third party).
  8. Prior to, and as a condition to, the award of the Prizes, the Winners will be required to execute such additional forms, releases and other agreements as may be required by Casa Fuente.
  9. By submitting an Entry, Contestant represents and warrants that: a) Contestant will not use any of Casa Fuente's, or any company related or affiliated to Casa Fuente's, trademarks or trade names without the prior express written consent of Casa Fuente; b) any rights granted Casa Fuente herein specifically include any sponsors of the Contest; and c) Contestant has the full, exclusive, and unconditional power, right, and authority to submit the Entry to Casa Fuente under the terms and conditions hereunder.
  10. Each Contestant (including but not limited to the Winners), as a condition of entering the Contest generally, shall acknowledge and agree that Casa Fuente and/or its related or affiliated entities shall have the right to, without further authorization, publicize his/her Entry, name, character likeness, photograph, voice, and/or the fact that she is a Contestant or the winner, for, without limitation, advertising and/or promotional purposes, without the payment of financial remuneration to the Contestant.
  11. Casa Fuente reserves the right to crop or otherwise alter images.
  12. Contestants must be present at the Casa Fuente retail store in Las Vegas, Nevada during the applicable contest dates in order to enter the Contest, but need not be present at the drawing to win. Entries will not be accepted by mail, courier, telephone, fax or electronic (e.g. email or internet) transmission.
  13. Casa Fuente reserves the right to admit, modify, substitute or deny participation in the Contest to any Contestant.
  14. By participating, Contestants and/or the winners agree to be bound by the decisions of Casa Fuente, its designated representatives, and these Official Rules.
  15. No substitution, transfer or assignment of any Entry or Prize is permitted, provided that Casa Fuente reserves the right to substitute any Prize or Prize element with one of equal or greater value, at Casa Fuente's sole discretion.
  16. Failure to claim any Prize or Prize element within 30 days of notice from Casa Fuente constitutes forfeiture of the Prize. Prizes for 2nd, 3rd and 4th Place must be claimed in person in the Casa Fuente retail store in Las Vegas, Nevada by the winner or by a representative of the winner who is at least 21 years old. If forfeited, any Prize or Prize element will remain the property of Casa Fuente. Another winner will not be selected.
  17. Casa Fuente, together with its related or affiliated companies and other entities, and its and their representatives, agents and employees, are not responsible for any changes to or difficulties in Prize delivery, or for any lost, stolen or misdirected Entries.
  18. Casa Fuente is not responsible for th
    19. e inability of any person to procure or maintain a valid United States Passport, nor is Casa Fuente responsible for the denial of travel privileges or rights to any person by any airline, governmental body or regulatory authority.
  19. The winner will be solely responsible for any applicable taxes including state, local, and federal taxes resulting from the award of the Prize.
  20. Each Contestant agrees to release, indemnify and hold Casa Fuente and its related or affiliated companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, managers, agents, representatives and employees, harmless from any and all liabilities, loss, claims, or causes of actions, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses that may be incurred by Casa Fuente or any related or affiliated company, arising out of any other violation of these Official Rules and from any liability whatsoever related to the Entry or the conduct of the Contest.
  21. All federal, state/provincial and local laws and regulations of the United States and/or other countries apply.
  22. This Contest shall be governed and construed by Nevada law, and the exclusive venue for all controversies will be in state or federal court in Clark County, Nevada.
  23. Casa Fuente, together with its related or affiliated companies and other entities, and its and their representatives, owners, agents and employees, are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award of or participation in the Contest or Prize.
  24. Casa Fuente reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Contest or make rules or Contest changes, including prospectively and/or retroactively, without notice and at any time, at its sole, absolute and exclusive discretion, and reserves the right to change any aforementioned Contest date(s) without notice.
  25. Void where prohibited or restricted.
  26. Participation in this contest in no way entitles any Contestant or winner to use any registered marks of Casa Fuente, or those of their related or affiliated entities, without express written permission.
  27. Contestants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in ineligibility of Contestant.
